Austria finished third at the EKIZ Vösendorf U13. Germany took Gold, Hungary Silver.
Austria had three U16-teams! Austria-1 with Julian Weninger und Yannik Penkner missed Bronze. Hungary won the decider by one point. Austria-2 finished fifth Austria-3 sixt in the Racketsport Vösendorf U16 competition.
Austria’s U21-Team with Bettina Bugl, Emanuel Schöpf, Stefan Urban and Tobias Fürschuß won both Matches at the ÖVV U21 competition. Tomorrow the final against Great Britain is on. Finland already took Bronze.
The youngest Austrian seniors 40+ Simone Seitz, Tom Wagner, Marcel Weigl Bernd Jaschke, Dieter Mühl and Roland Schmölzer lost to Edina Szombati, Lehnte Nándori, Francia Balázs, György Janzer und Zoltán Czingráber with 17 points in the final of the Racketlonshop Seniors 40+. Finland finished third.
Österreichs 45+ Team with Ingrid Resch, Maria Schneider, Thomas Fuerschuss, Wilhelm Peltz, Peter Stoisser, Michael Tesar, Christian Wagner und Walter Zimmermann finished fourth in the Bodyfit Vösendorf +45 competition. Gold went to Germany, Silver to Great Britain and Bronze to Czech Republic. Austria’s 55+ team Wolfgang Holzer, Richard Hule, Erich Knotter, Bernhard Leitner and Andrzej Michalski finished fifth at the Racketpoint Vienna 55+ competition. Great Britain, Hungary and Germany took the medals.
